Our Story

In brief, the story began in 2013, following the successful acquisition of ‘Schools out Wilmslow’.

Based at Wilmslow Preparatory School; we built a network of local childcare professionals delivering, ‘Good, with Outstanding Elements’, Ofsted regulated wraparound care. (Ofsted Inspection one, in 2014).

Holiday Zone rarely advertised; our care provision has grown organically within our community. By summer 2015 we had over 600 local Wilmslow parents enrolled with our services and we were catering for 50-80 Children a day.

In April 2017 we applied for and were successfully granted our first Cheshire East Panel Contract. Accordingly, Holiday Zone became an approved Cheshire East Council Childcare provider. The contract awarded was for seven-years wraparound care at Ashdene Primary in south Wilmslow, references are available on request from all our schools.

We now have over 1500 registered families enrolled at Cheshire Childcare Alliance, our team of qualified educators cater for over 150 Children a day, every day.  Many of the original 2013 team are still with us, which is great for the children, we’ve all enjoyed the privilege of watching many of our children grow. The bonds many share with our team are special, and testament to the care and passion they bring to their roles.
